FAQ
What if the connection fails?
Switch to another node first. If it still fails, check that your system time is correct, close other VPN tools and restart the client.
How can I improve speed?
Pick the node with the lowest latency, use streaming lines for video and gaming lines for games.
How many devices can one account use?
Standard plans support 3 simultaneous devices. See the More Devices page for larger needs.
I forgot my password.
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in page and reset it via your registered email.
Is the mainland China App Store supported?
No. Please use an overseas Apple ID or install through TestFlight.
